As you can assume from the title, the vinyasa class is a bit more fast-paced than & a killer workout. 60-minutes of moving and breathing with intention, all while hip-hop/R&B songs play in the background. AKA everything you love about yoga, but with better background music! Plus, as always we end the night with Happy Hour.

Come to Studio 54oo for the Pretty Girls Trap N Paint party!! Located at 5504-5506 Troost, painting will be led by Dr. Auburn Aesthetic founder of Studio 54oo. This party will feature a live DJ, trap music, and time for creative paint play! Self directed, or guided paint options available. 


The Beast claws its way annually to hold the title of one of the scariest haunted houses in the U.S. Visitors get a 4D experience winding their way through its open format design, experience dramatic scenes to escape the lurking threats of voodoo, a live alligator, werewolves and other angry monsters. The warehouse floors of thrills include a dynamic scare cast, special effects, holograms, and more. 

The Edge of Hell sits at 666’ above sea level but takes visitors through the depths of hell in its multi-story haunted house. Edge of Hell has carved the tradition of Halloween haunts with its 4-plus decades of operations - giving visitors a reason to return every year with its frightening updates. The haunt features phobias and a five-story fright from heaven to hell plus the world’s record, longest, living snake. Rat Man, vampires, and the devil on hand in your path by purgatory, hounds of hell, and stone-cold crypts.

From donations to other organizations, to volunteering in the community, giving is an important value that we hold and put into action every day! We envision a world made better by the big impacts we can have when we all CONNECT together and do a little good. In fulfilling our commitment to the community, we host an array of community endeavors including our "Community Baby Showers". This endeavor is an annual event for expectant families offering information on topics important to the well-being of new babies.

Join 5th District City Councilwoman Alissia Canady and Councilman Lee Barnes Jr., KC Parks officials, Kansas City Urban Farm Co-op, and the Giving Grove to celebrate one of the country's largest urban orchards in Kansas City's largest park!

The head wrapping session will be headed by Tahirah Hinds owner of Sweetwists Loctician Services. While Yoga will be headed by multi performing artist Danny Hinds.

Come enjoy twelve whiskey tastings including two small cocktails crafted by some amazing regional distilleries.

The event check-in will be at Hush, located in the Garment House, which is a multi-level entertainment district in the historic Quality Hill area. There will be 8-10 varieties of whiskeys that you will learn about and experience the taste of. Local DJs will be spinning your favorite tunes on multipe floors during the event.

No special knowledge is needed to have a great time in this workshop. It will be an extraordinary opportunity to learn about Open Spaces artworks throughout Swope Park, using your mind and your body. Harlan Brownlee is a Kennedy Center Teaching Artist, trained in engaging the learning mind through the arts. He is also a specialist in creative movement and dance, and CEO for Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey. Mr. Brownlee will lead a bus tour of Open Spaces artworks in Swope Park, guiding conversation and activities to learn and remember the works. Then, the bus will take you to a Swope Park space where he will guide an interpretive workshop in creative movement, based on the artworks.

Scheduled performers: TROOP, SILK, PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT, & TONY TERRY. Everyone needs a ticket regardless of age.
