Mirror work is a great way to communicate with yourself on deep levels and heal your mind, body and spirit through reflection. We may look in the mirror every day, but how often do we take the time to really see and reflect upon who we are and what we want to be?
Mirror work is a great way to build self-esteem, change negative self-talk and learn to love the person looking back at you instead of finding flaws.
