She'll pump you full of endorphins before you get (have) to spend the day with your family (including *that* relative... we all have one). We're excited to spend time with our Dance Fam before we put on elastic-band pants to hit the Thanksgiving table.
This event is encompassed of three different stations of music ranging from rhythm, trap music and r&b. Silent Party events are a new wave of nightlife that is now being introduced to Kansas City, MO.
As you can assume from the title, the vinyasa class is a bit more fast-paced than & a killer workout. 60-minutes of moving and breathing with intention, all while hip-hop/R&B songs play in the background. AKA everything you love about yoga, but with better background music! Plus, as always we end the night with Happy Hour.
