The National Congress of Black Women, Inc. - Kansas City Chapter (NCBW-KC) will host its 4th Annual Awards and Scholarship Gala “A Celebration of Black Women: Still Rising, Still Thriving, Still Giving” on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. The event will take place at the Grand Street Cafe, 4740 Grand Avenue, Kansas City, Mo. 64112. The gala will be hosted by renowned KSHB-41 NEWS Anchor, Cynthia Newsome. Congratulations to the National Congress of Black Women-KC 2017 Honorees, Christal Watson, Lonnie Bush and Nicki Jones! We hope that you can join us the evening of Friday, November 17th to celebrate the accomplishments of these amazing women in Kansas City. Scholarship recipients will be announced at the award ceremony as well.
