The 4th Annual Kansas City Tattoo Arts Convention will be back with live tattooing, sideshows, tattoo contests, industry stars and more, this May 25th-27th, 2018 at the Sheraton at Crown Center.
As you can assume from the title, the vinyasa class is a bit more fast-paced than & a killer workout. 60-minutes of moving and breathing with intention, all while hip-hop/R&B songs play in the background. AKA everything you love about yoga, but with better background music! Plus, as always we end the night with Happy Hour.

The official kickoff parade to celebrate the spirit of African American pride and freedom returns on June 2nd to the 18th & Vine Historic Jazz District.
