As you can assume from the title, the vinyasa class is a bit more fast-paced than & a killer workout. 60-minutes of moving and breathing with intention, all while hip-hop/R&B songs play in the background. This is annual tournament held in Kansas City, MO. Held Saturday, September 30th 2017 @ 2pm. To help promote health and fitness throughout the community.
