The 38th National Convention of the National Black United Front will be here in Kansas City July 6-9th. We invite you, our Kansas City Family to join us for the community town hall, workshops and to hear our esteemed speakers. We will also have a weekend of enlightenment, nation building, entertainment, shopping while supporting Black-owned businesses, and a national call for healing our city and cities across the country. A weekend of Unity. There will be something for everyone in the family.
On the First Friday of every month, thousands of residents and visitors fill the sidewalks of the Crossroads, enjoying what has become the city’s liveliest and most popular recurring event. Arts organizations, galleries, studios, and a wide variety of local businesses feature local, regional and national artists as well as live entertainment from 5 to 9 p.m.
Join the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Centurions, genKC and the American Jazz Museum for an evening of music and networking at 18th & Vine. Located in the Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District in Kansas City, MO, the American Jazz Museum showcases the sights and sounds of jazz through interactive exhibits and films, the Changing Gallery exhibit space, Horace M. Peterson III Visitors Center, Blue Room jazz club and Gem Theater.
ALL fitness levels are invited to our FREE workout. This group class will emphasize Total Body Movements & the perfect mix of cardiovascular exercise to keep your heart pumping to promote fat burn! This event will be hosted by Fitness Guru, Tony Temple, and friends!
