As you can assume from the title, the vinyasa class is a bit more fast-paced than & a killer workout. 60-minutes of moving and breathing with intention, all while hip-hop/R&B songs play in the background. AKA everything you love about yoga, but with better background music! Plus, as always we end the night with Happy Hour.
